In a massive show of confidence in what we do, the Queensland Govt Sport and Rec have accepted our grant application to build two new change rooms at Herb Steinohrt Oval. This is a big win for our community and ensures that our sports facilities are some of the best on the Darling Downs. I must acknowledge the help given by so many. A big thank you to the Valleys Juniors, Toowoomba Junior Rugby League, Toowoomba Rugby League, Darling Downs School Sport, Toowoomba Regional Council, Anna Barrett, Nigel Fanning, Gautam Dua and MP John McVeigh. A huge step for our Club moving forward into a great year ahead on and off the field. Personally, this is a fantastic acknowledgement. I am happy to be a part of such a great Club.
