Saturday 15th of May from 9.00am has been set aside as Blush Cancer Care day. A number of fundraising opportunities are planned for this special day.
“Blush Cancer Care Inc. is a not-for-profit organisation, which raises funds to enhance the care of patients from Toowoomba, the Darling Downs and Lockyer Valley, who are going through breast cancer treatment at both St. Andrew’s and St. Vincent’s hospitals”. Money raised helps fund the breast cancer nurses at both hospitals and is also spent supporting the breast cancer journey from a patient’s diagnosis to their treatment, and beyond”.
