This week saw the Valleys City Mechanical & Auto Electrical, Saxon Energy Services and Kev’s Welding Works
come up against the table topping Danes and boy did we turn up. We played our best game to date by far and everyone of our blokes played through their skin to record a 24 – 18 victory.. From the opening whistle it was obvious to see that we came to play, and knew we had to against the Reggies front runners. Big Terry Berms again led from the front,and I think he took it upon himself to single handedly take on the Danes,and through his efforts was reward with yet another meat pie and man of the match honers. Other notables on the night for us were the Melrose brothers weaving their magic and scoring or setting up freakish tries,and the ever reliable Cookie. We look forward to next week,and hopefully record back to back victory. Go the Chooks..
